Panin Bank overhauls digital banking services for retail clients

The online user interface has been revamped.

Indonesia's Panin Bank has launched a new suite of comprehensive digital banking products and services to extend the capabilities of its mobile and online channels.

Panin has improved its online banking platform by featuring a user interface that combines common online banking functionalities onto a single screen.

It has also deployed new mobile banking and payments services which will allow customers to access financial information, transfer funds and pay bills using three secure platforms.

The solutions were provided by Fiserv.
