Digital lender Trust Bank has topped the list of financial services brands received most positively by female customers in Singapore.

Trust Bank achieved a score of 49.3– calculated as an average of its Impression, Quality, Value, Customer Satisfaction, Recommendation and Consideration scores– in a survey by YouGov conducted from March 2023 to February 2024.

“Just over a year old, Trust Bank Launched in 2022, Trust passed its one-year mark with over 600,000 customers, becoming one of the fastest growing digital banks in the world. It seems to have particularly resonated with female customers in the country as it emerges as the most popular brand in YouGov 2024 Women’s ranking,” YouGov noted in a press release announcing its survey results.

DBS clinched the second place in brands most favourably viewed by women customers in the Lion City. It also topped YouGov’s Brand Equity Rankings amongst all Singaporeans.

Visa (41.6), POSB Bank (40.3), and Mastercard (39.7) rounded off the top five.

Other banking giants UOB and OCBC were at 6th place and 9th place, respectively.

YouGov examined around 50 brands within the financial services and insurance categories in Singapore in making the list.
