BDO Unibank partners with Hyakujushi Bank

BDO will provide banking support services to HBL customers in the Philippines.

Philippines’ largest bank, BDO Unibank, together with Hyakujushi Bank (HBL), announced their alliance to cater to Japanese businesses investing in the country.

HBL, headquartered in Kagawa Prefecture, is the 16th Japanese bank that has partnered with BDO.

On 3 April, both banks agreed the coalition aims to solidify their relationship whilst providing services to Japan-based business entities.

For the past decade, BDO collaborated with various Japanese regional banks strategically located in different Japanese prefectures.
